July 6-9 Engine Work
Here are some photos showing the engine after it was removed from the Mustang. They put on the transmission and took more photos of the headers. We have some pics of emergency brakes and working out the cabling system with the stock. We will have to come back to that later.
We also have some detailed photos of the spark plugs and engine parts. We have replaced the plugs with Auto Lite Ford brand. I wanted to use the Bosch name, but they will not fit the old 390 blocks. We never knew that until now. We have used them on all the small blocks and many big blocks, but they will not work with the big block 390cc? The engine needs a quick tune up as you can see from the spark plugs pics. There are also a few pictures of the trunk divider. Tim was cutting it down to fit properly. This piece has to be customized for the Coupes. The ’67 Coupe divider is not available.

Hello Patrick
This is Timbo from MustangOnlyOne. I was going to order your headers and just wanted to make sure you wanted the ceramic or the Painted headers. The ceramic headers cost $640 and the painted headers cost $440. I plan on the cermic with heat deflectors and inside floor or toe pans heat insulators… this will be the best route. Quick answer needed…
Thank you for your time and hope you can get back with us soon. So we can go ahead and order your parts today.
