We are trying to create a forum from which people can buy and sell classic Mustangs, which is a very large and vital industry involving true works of art, though it does not have many modernized and legitimized venues through which to facilitate this exchange at present. MustangOnlyOne acts as the facilitator and our website and community act as the venue to connect buyers, sellers, and restorers together, wherever they are.
The crew at MustangOnlyOne is filled with Mustang enthusiasts, young and old from all walks of life and interests--from the worlds of business, photography, engineering, history, and more. We are drawn together by the classic Mustang's ability to resonate within all these realms. In addition to building our ever-expanding Mustang network, we also restore classic Mustangs to make them more accessible and desireable to a wider market. Whether they're like-new, old, or abandoned for junk, we believe that all classic Mustangs are worth saving.

Mustang Restoration
First, we specialize in "Mustang Restoration". We do nothing but Mustangs, so we are one of the best. We spend the time to do the job right. Attention to detail and care are necessary in any good restorer. We work with this in mind at all times. You can be sure that your Mustang is being handled like it is our own. Mustang Sales
Second, we broker your unique Mustang. We handle everything for you- from the photoshoot and listing to the closing sale paperwork and transport arrangement. We inspect your vehicle, record its history, and take detailed pictures, so that you are inconvenienced as little as possible. Then, we match potential buyers to your Mustang. Terms and Policies and Condition of Sale:
MustangOnlyOne is proud to guarantee that we do not charge any fees other than our service fee for locating, administering, and closing the sale of any Mustang. This is a private individual sale in which the Seller and Buyer transact the purchase, in which MustangOnlyOne acts as a third party to administrate and prepare the buyers and sellers. We are not an automotive dealer or used car sales business. The Buyer is responsible for all vehicle pick-up or shipping expenses. A vehicle shipping quote is available and we will assist and coordinate the closing of a sale and in the loading and transport of the vehicle.
A USD PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer deposit is required within 48 hours upon winning the auction or having your offer accepted by the Buyer. If you view the vehicle and are not 100% satisfied, we will refund your deposit. Make offers with confidence, knowing that we are safe, professional, and dependable. Payment in full and the closing of the sale should be completed within 7 days of security deposit payment. Your Mustang can be held for 30 days for pickup after payment is received. We will assist in the loading for shipping either by customer pickup or national carrier. All payment arrangements must be completed and cleared prior to vehicle pickup or transport.
Final Payment Arrangements are as Follows:
Winning buyer is to contact us within 24 hours of Seller acceptance. Winning buyer is to complete the agreed fee deposit within 48 hours of the Seller acceptance. Final payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cleared Certified Funds, or Cash either the day of final inspection or prior to vehicle pickup. Our preferred method of payment is Bank Transfer. All final payment arrangements must be made and cleared within 7 days of close of auction or agreed offer. After cleared payment arrangements, the Winning buyer is responsible for pick up and/or delivery of vehicle within 30 days of close of sale. Pickup and/or delivery costs are the responsibility of the Winning buyer. Please note that all sales between seller and buyer are final. This vehicle is sold in "as is" condition. This vehicle is available for final inspection prior to or on the day of final closing. MustangOnlyOne reserves the right to cancel the above agreement early if vehicle sells through other means. We also reserve the right to cancel any unwanted offers or sales for any reason, at anytime and refund the security deposit.
MustangOnlyOne 30 Day Final Sale Guarantee:
After the Seller acknowledges receipt of full payment for the Vehicle and transfer of Title and Bill of Sale, the Seller is at no time in the future responsible for the Sale. MustangOnlyOne allows the Buyer 30 days to have the Vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic, and agrees to cancel the sale if the inspection is unsatisfactory to the Buyer. If the sale is to be cancelled, MustangOnlyOne must be contacted in writing and describing all undesirable defects or damages. MustangOnlyOne has the right to do its own independent inspection as well. The vehicle must be delivered back to MustangOnlyOne for inspection and acceptance. The Buyer must return the vehicle in the same condition as received from the Seller at the time of the sale. MustangOnlyOne will retain the previous fee deposit amount of the payment to cover costs and effort in re-advertising, inspection, and administration of sale. MustangOnlyOne will re-sell the above said vehicle and return the agreed resale price to the Buyer minus the secured fee deposit for the new sale. We will NOT refund any monies on demand by the Buyer. Our guarantee MUST be followed or all guarantees are void and non-redeemable. Any disputes or court claims must be filed in our home state of Florida.
Final Sales Warranty and Condition:
We guarantee satisfaction with this vehicle upon final inspection and we will assist in loading for transport. It has no other warranty or guarantee of any kind and is sold "as is". All we can do is describe the vehicle for full disclosure as in as detailed a manner as possible, inside, outside, and underside. This vehicle is sold by the seller to the buyer and MustangOnlyOne is a third party administrator. MustangOnlyOne has performed a complete inspection and appraisal of this vehicle. We also provided the photo session, listing and administration of the vehicle.
