What makes this 'Stang so great is that it is a 1968 Mustang California Special GT with a rebuilt 351 Windsor motor, bored 30 over, with new rod/pistons and bearings. Other new items include the oil pump, fuel pump, water pump, timing cover, motor converted to roller can, Ford “B” racing cam, roller cam followers, roller rockers, valve cover (Ford racing) push rods, aluminum Edelbrock heads, MSD electronic distributor, Mallory ignition boy, rebuilt starter, rebuilt alternator, Ford ignition wires, big radiator (cleaned), radiator hoses, booster/master cylinder and proportioning valve.` Rebuilt Ford AOD transmission, 4 speed overdrive for good mileage. Ceramic coated headers with stainless steel exhaust system. New brake lines and transmission oil cooler lines.


Front end:
New upper and lower control arms springs (lowered 1”) Shocks KYB-GRZ, rotor/bearings and seals, calipers and pads, hoses, caliper back plates. All bushings neopreem (non squeak), tie rod ends, rebuilt 4 turn steering box, p/s piston, rebuilt P/S pump, power steering hoses, rebuilt P/S control valve, front spindles upgrade to 1970 big bearings, spring perches, spring rubber.


Rear end:
New seals and bearings, KYB shocks, new leaf springs shackles,, bushing “u” bolts with 2” lowering blocks. New gas tank and sending unit.


Body:
New carpets (gun metal gray) front seats 87 reclining seats, rear seat stock, front and rear seats redone in dove gray leather. All side panels covered in matching vinyl (same color) Dove gray head liner, all new glass tinted, new gaskets, electric windows front and rear, all stainless body trim polished, new bumpers, new door handles, new tail light lenses and bezels. All interior insulated with sound deadening material, rare rear window defogger, stereo amp and speakers mounted in rear. Gray leather steering wheel. Lucas spots in front, Have new white face. Gauge cluster cost $1,200, new center console $1,000. Dash camer case for dash. Body needs doors, fender and hood aligned and repainted.


Items to do: Paint has minor chips and scratches. We recommend a new paint job or having a professional touch the existing one up. The heater has been rebuilt, needs new controls and cables. The motor has perch for a/c compressor if you want to upgrade to a/c.
