What makes this 'Stang so great is that it is a 1968 Ford Mustang Coupe that is numbers-matching with a T-Code 200 1v I6 engine and 3-speed manual transmission. It has manual steering and brakes, so this is a simple, pared-down Mustang for those of you who want a straight-shooter driver Mustang. The undercarriage is solid, we didn't find any rust, and the exterior paintjob is in good, daily-driver condition. The interior is in pretty good condition, though the front seats do have damage, and the A/C needs work--it currently only blows air in from the outside. Mechanically, this Mustang is solid, though we believe the gas tank has junk in it, because the fuel lines are prone to getting clogged up--though Theo has recently cleaned the line as a temporary fix. For overall structural integrity and reliability, MustangOnlyOne gives this Mustang a 9 out of 10 points as a daily driver, as it has good metal and only a few minor mechanical needs. For overall aesthetic quality and preservation, MustangOnlyOne gives this Mustang an 8.5 out of 10 points as a daily-driver, as it does have some damage. Either way, we're looking at a solid, straight-shooter Mustang for those of you who aren't into the loud and boisterous, but rather the classy and classic, Mustang.
