Let Me Tell You About the Owner...

Allan is a long-time classic-car fan, who purchased this baby about five years ago as a weekend driver and errand-runner.  He purchased it from the family of this Mustang's deceased second-owner, who was also responsible for it's restoration circa 1986-7, when this Mustang received a new engine and tranny that are not original, but are VIN-specs-matching.  Allan immediately replaced the brakes system to ensure a safe ride when he bought this Mustang in 2005.  He has since enjoyed driving this baby to shine and shows and the grocery store, or wherever, and always enjoys the conversations she starts!  However, it's time to downsize, so Allan is sending his one on to its next driver.

What makes this 'Stang so great is that it is a VIN-matching 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe that has lived in Arizona since it rolled off the assembly-line in San Jose, California and shipped out.  It has a C-Code 289 2v V8 with an automatic transmission and power steering.  Allan has had it for many years, and it has been kept in excellent condition as a daily driver.  It's paintjob is twenty years old but in great driver condition, and the engine and tranny were replaced with brand-news in 1986.  It has Pony interior and factory A/C, as well as an aluminum radiator that keeps this Mustang running cool, even in 115-degree Arizona weather.  Allan has done work on it as-needed to keep it a steady driver in the Arizona heat.  The undercarriage, as can be expected from a well-maintained Arizona Mustang, is great and completely rust-free; the interior is in excellent condition, remarkably preserved, and that Pony interior looks beautiful; the engine compartment is in similarly great shape.  This driver looks great and drives great, too.  Thank Allan for that!
