What makes this 'Stang so great is that it is a 1973 Ford Mustang Coupe that is in the process of being disassembled.  Jerry installed a rebuilt 302 from a Thunderbird into this Mustang, it has a vinyl top to give it a great two-tone look, all the original interior seats (which are currently removed but will be included), and many new parts.  Jerry owns tons of cars, including a couple of classic Mustangs (a yellow 1973 Mach I! among others), so he's simply out of room and needs to move this one along to free up some space. This Mustang has pretty much all its parts--it just needs the trim and interior put in, and the brakes serviced, to become a solid daily-driver.
