MustangOnlyOne is teaming up with our new friend Scott from Arizona, who's a classic car restorer from way back!  And boy, is his operation impressive.  Scott does all kinds of cars, though, as you can imagine, more Mustangs than anything else.  He has fastbacks and converstibles, Mach Is and Shelbys, and even a gold Cadillac, but the crown jewel of his collection is a classic GT500 Shelby, sitting right alongside a mint-condition 2007 GT500 Shelby of the exact same color!  They look great next to each other, and it's very cool to see the forty years of Mustang evolution right there in in front of you.  In many ways, they sort of came full circle, didn't they?

In fact, Scott has so many great cars and Mustangs that the only reason he's selling it is because he would like to free up some space for some of his pet projects.  However, if we can't find a good buyer for the price he's asking, Scott will probably free up some space and start tearing this one down for a full restoration.

Thanks for saving this beauty!  She needs to be the right hands: someone that will garage her, restore her, and love her.

MustangOnlyOne Summary:

What makes this 'Stang so unique is that it is a almost completely original 1969 Ford Mustang Mach I 428 4v Cobra Jet Ram Air with 4-Speed Close Ratio manual transmission, power steering, power brakes (discs on the front), and 350 ratio Traction-Loc axle.  The Mach I Deluxe Interior is in very good condition, which will make this a good daily driver or a relatively easy restoration, but the headliner is torn in many places and will need repair or replacement.  The undercarriage is solid and looks to be damage- and rust-free.  Scott's got a great one here: this will make for a VERY powerful driver car with just a little refreshening work (though it does run and drive as-is), or, if you're like us, you'll probably want to get started on the full restoration, in which case you'll end up with a jaw-dropping, VERY valuable '69 Mustang.  MustangOnlyOne gives this car a 10 out of 10 points as a ready-to-restore Muscle Car, as all the important original components have been kept, and there is no major damage or anything that would complicate the restoration process.  Get on this one!
