Let Me Tell You About the Owner...

We met Bo through our mutual friend Randy, who is one of MustangOnlyOne's partners and the most experienced of our restorers.  Bo is a long-time car collector of about 55 years of age who works as a supervisor at a plant in central Alabama.  Bo collects only Fords: he has a couple of '32 Fords (one that he's selling), a '34 Ford, a '29 Model T, a GT500 Shelby, a 68 Fastback GT,  and of course, this Boss 302.  He is selling his Boss because he plans on buying a retirement home in the Carolinas.  He bought this one above Atlanta from a guy who had it for many years, who Bo believes was the second or third owner and had a lot of documentation.  A friend of Bo's told him about the Mustang and told him the owner was in financial trouble, so he needed the money fast.  Bo's a Ford man through-and-through, and a Mustang buff to boot.  He's such a big fan of Shelbys that he offered to buy Biff's from him if we abandon the project (sorry Bo, but I don't think Biff or us is going to do that!).  By the way, Randy's going to restore his 1968 Fastback GT for him as soon as Randy gets his shop put up.  Bo also has a friend with a 'Cuda that wanted his car restored by Randy, but Randy, like us, is a Mustang Man who deals with Mustangs and Mustangs only!

    Now let us tell you a bit about Randy: he's a partner that we met a long time ago, when MustangOnlyOne was just getting started.  He and his wife have a great collection of classic Mustangs as well as a newer, matching-style 2005 Mustang GT!  We're helping them sell a few of their collection to fund Randy's new restoration business.  He has restored classic cars for decades, but recently has decided to go into business for himself.  He has already built a few buildings to house the Mustangs during their various restoration phases and we will be supplying him customers and Mustangs to restore with his experience and knowledge.

  MustangOnlyOne Summary:
  Whoa, look out!  We've got another Boss 302 coming through.  This one was restored a few years ago, and now Randy is using it as a daily driver, and what a great one it is.  It has power steering and brakes to keep that 4v 302 in check, but sorry ladies, no air conditioning--this is a RACE car, after all.  On top of that, the interior and engine compartments look great, free of unsightly damage or defects.  The undercarriage is solid and undercoated and the entire Mustang is damage-free.  This Mustang is kept inside whenever it isn't driven, but since it is only a driver car, it may have some surface rust underneath all that undercoat--we can learn the exact nature of its rust (or lack thereof) when we perform our Final Inspection immediately before closing the sale.  It's priced great, so get it while you can!  This Boss is completely numbers-matching, and we have all the serial numbers to prove it:   VIN # 0F02G186479
