This car has been sitting for about two years now, but Bernie says it still ran when he stopped driving it. The interior is in good daily driver condition, it's a bit dusty and the seats have some tears, but it would be easy to recondition. The engine compartment needs cleaning and reconditioning, and the engine might need a rebuild. For overall structural integrity and preservation, MustangOnlyOne gives this car a 7 out of 10 points as a ready to restore, as it will probably need some welding and extensive rust-treatment to get it structurally sound again. Andy and his family, Chandler locals, came for Bernie's convertible. Andy is planning on restoring it the daily driver status and then continuing to restore to original condition! We hope they will have lots of fun restoring and driving this baby.
