Let Me Tell You About the Owner...
We met Jason out in New Mexico and were immensely impressed in his love and devotion to classic Mustangs. Jason owns TWO other Mustangs besides this one: a Mach I he is currently restoring and a 1965 Mustang with a 289, an all-original show car. Jason recently took this 1969 to a show and won 2nd In Show! He's decided to sell this customized 1969 Fastback street car, perhaps to help fund his other restoration projects, and we're happy to help.

What makes this 'Stang so unique is that it is a 1969 Mustang Fastback that has a lot of work done and a little bit of customizing. It has a non-VIN matching 351 4v V8 Cleveland which was rebuilt four years ago (currently it has only 5703 miles!), and a 3-Speed Automatic Transmission which Jason rebuilt two years ago. Jason has also replaced the 4-barrel carburetor, manifold, radiator, and the entire fuel and electrical systems. He also installed Stainless Steel Force 10 disc brakes on the front, and had the custom paint and stripes applied. The interior is all original and in excellent shape, no damage or wear. For overall frame preservation and reliability, MustangOnlyOne gives this car a 9 out of 10 points, as it is very solid and reliable, but has some modifications on important aspects, namely the engine block and paintjob, neither of which match the VIN code specifications.
