Let Me Tell You About the Owner...
Jay is a guy that Mark, one of our new photographers, met out in New Mexico who has purchased and restored Mustangs for both his daughters. Jay also ownes a carwash and detailing shop which gets a lot of steady traffic--a few guys came by to check out Jay's car even as Mark was photographing it! Jay originally restored this car for his youngest daughter a few years ago, but when he bought it is was an ugly green color with a six-cylinder engine, so he and his daughter picked out the new colors and specs and Jay got to work! At one point, the engine was blown and Jay had to do a new, complete rebuild about two years ago. He also seized the opportunity to do some other improvements on the car, such as a new transmission, air conditioning, and new chrome all over! Jay sure got this car looking great, didn't he?
